With over 20 years of hands-on experience in electrical work, Lenny serves as the President of Lenn's Electric. A Master Electrician, Lenny brings unparalleled expertise and a passion for excellence to every project. Since founding the company in 2019, he has guided its growth with a commitment to quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction. Under his leadership, Lenn's Electric has built a reputation for delivering innovative electrical solutions across residential and commercial markets.

Shelby Hernandez

HR & Marketing Management

Shelby oversees HR and Marketing Management at Lenn's Electric, combining her academic achievements with a passion for strategic growth. A Spring 2024 graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Shelby is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Development.

Her expertise lies in driving employee engagement, fostering a positive workplace culture, and executing impactful marketing strategies. Shelby has been instrumental in leading Lenn's Electric’s rebranding efforts and shaping its vision for the future.
